Shipping Charges: We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.

Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days across India, depending on location.

Order Tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email/SMS.

Shipping Delays: DenZ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, address issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Issues with Shipments: In case of lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

Eligibility:

  • Exchange available for size/style issues.
  • Refunds are issued as DenZ Credit or direct to original account.
  • Defective or wrong items will be eligible for a full replacement.

No Returns: Items marked No Return/Exchange are not eligible unless defective.

Reverse Pickup: Available in most locations. If not, customers may self-ship — DenZ reimburses up to ₹200 for return courier charges.

Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds via DenZ Credit/Cash are issued the same day of receiving the return.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed back to the original mode of payment or as store credit.

COD Orders: Refunds are issued as DenZ Credit/Cash only.
