Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout. DenZ is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. International shipping may have additional charges and requirements.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery in unused condition with original tags and packaging. Items like innerwear or customized products are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.

Payment Terms

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. In case of failed transactions, the order will not be confirmed. COD is not available unless specified.

Intellectual Property

All logos, product photos, graphics, and website content are owned by DenZ and cannot be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

DenZ shall not be liable for indirect damages such as loss of profits or data. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product.
