Denz – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Denz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we offer a straightforward cancellation and refund policy as outlined below:

  1. Cancellation of Orders

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, please contact our customer support at [support@denz.com ].

After Shipment: Once an order is dispatched or delivered, it cannot be canceled unless there are valid reasons such as incorrect products or damaged items.

  1. Refunds

Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Refunds are not applicable for items like innerwear or customized products.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is inspected. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Payment Gateway Fees: In case of a refund, the payment gateway transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

  1. Return Process

Returns: You can return products within 7 days of receiving your order. For returns, please follow the instructions provided in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Return Shipping: The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

Customized products, perishable items, and items marked as final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
